Suited to the majority of data entry situations with short keystroke and positive tactile response, Membrane Switch Dome Arrays provide a comfortable man-machine interface under all conditions.
CPC Domes are designed to give optimum tactile feedback for both membrane and PCB applications, providing the user with a positive 'snap' and the reassurance that the switch closure has occurred.

Produced from low carbon stainless steel to offer the best oxidisation resistance, the 4-leg cruciform dome configuration has been designed to meet the widest range of membrane requirements. Available in diameters from 6mm to 20 mm and with variable actuation pressures between 170g and 700g, they can be supplied gold or nickel plated for even lower contact resistance. They have a static reduction feature which helps prevent double doming, aiding the assembly process.

Our Engineering Team has, cumulatively, over 10 years experience in dome manufacture, which enables us to design reliable and fully functional domes at the lowest possible cost. In addition to this range we can offer custom domes, in round, triangular and rectangular shapes, for very special applications

Dome Arrays - Single
We can supply single CPC Domes, placed upon a pressure sensitive adhesive, polyester film carrier, individually kiss cut if necessary. The Domes can then be easily removed and placed on your mounting substrate.

Multiple Dome Arrays and Spacer Arrays
These provide an easy to install complete assembly of CPC Domes and Dome seal. They are precision registered assemblies with or without the spacer adhesive element, with locating jig holes or any other die-cut design feature to ensure precise alignment to the mounting substrate of the complete dome sheet assembly.
The major benefits of any array system are that they eliminate any possibility of dome migration under the spacer during its operating life, save time in assembly and improve the reliability and quality of the finished product.
