Production Department

Occupying over 2,000 sq .meters employing the bulk of the workforce, this Department comprises the Screen Print area with semi-automatic printing presses and a 'reel to reel' press capable of operating fully automatic, at speeds up to 1000 prints per hour at a size of 600 x 500mm, particularly useful in very high volume applications. Within this area is a dedicated Laboratory to provide Color Matched inks.
The Cutting Room is fully equipped with conventional Platen presses, a high precision Laser cutting machine and an embossing machine (maximum emboss height 0.7mm).
The Finishing and Assembly areas comprise a semi-automatic laminating machine, a fully automatic tactile metal dome placement robot and two air conditioned assembly rooms, one to Class 100,000 standards.
